I also have a couple of queries. The Entry says the disease is incurable. It then goes on to say that a lung transplant would 'alleviate the symptoms'. Surely if it's a lung disease, and you have your lung removed and replaced, you're cured? The Entry also says 'there is no record of medical literature containing the word', but you then go on to explain all about the four different types of the disease. Is it usually referred to as something else? If so, what is it?

What i meant was before the word was announced by the puzzlers leauge
the more common word for it is silicosis I wrote that in the footnotes
