You might want to add the "spoken" pronounciation for the colloquial version of a lot of these "handy phrases".

For example:

Je ne sais pas

is often said as:

j'sais pas


And also,

oui

is more likely to turn up as

ouais


This will prove useful if you actually plan to listen to most French (metropolitan) speakers.

Don't forget the ever-present and overly obnoxious: "ah-oui?"
It made me nuts for the week I spent in Paris.
