Why should one take up craft as a hobby? Simply because, it is constructive, creative and fun. If you want to surprise yourself with a talent you never thought you posses, take up any craft as hobby! Doing craft is therapeutic and relaxing. As you finish your simple projects and move on to more complex ones you will become hooked.
How to choose right craft for you:
One can try various crafts, whichever, whenever interests her/him but if you are serious about mastering one craft this section will help you to choose;
Prioritise on the basis of interest, cost, availability of material required complexity, skills required, time required, usefulness of final product. Choose the right combination for you. Say to begin with something which is less time consuming, easy to do and for which material is readily available will be good like Image making, picture collage or scrape booking.
Don't take embroidery too seriously if your eyesight is rather weak as it does tax your eyes.
