Tao Te Ching can be interpreted as - The way of the moving head. (with only a small leap of syntax required)

Can anybody confirm or refute this statement?
I'm in the process of writing a commentary on the Tao Te Ching and this title would suit the perspective of the commentary. I need to know if it's a valid alternative title and what the "small change of syntax" is.
Thanks
