I've been playing with these for a while now, there are some which take a memory card directly but they are a little big and the quality isn't great. The best I've found upto now is a mini camera and separate recorder from http://www.4Kam.com, it cost less than £200 and you get a screen on the recorder too so I can see what I'm filming.
