I wonder why there is no discussion about a tsunomi deforestation of Easter island around 1460 to 1480. The "1434" book by Gavin Menzies raises many questions that should be addressed concerning the island. To think people would cut down all of their trees is beyond belief, the total distruction or the west coast of the America's in one day should be discussed, we do have a world wide web. Sincerely Daryl from little old Boise Idaho

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
