I am a carrier of MRSA, which means that I don't transmit it to people in contact with me,and I have no symptoms myself. I was very shocked when I first found out that I had it, but it turned out there was nothing to worry about at all, since it doesn't have any effect on my life.

Well that's not true. "Carrier" is not the correct term in this case - you mean "colonised". And you CAN pass on MRSA to other people (who may or may not become colonised).
