I stumbled upon this entry a week ago and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it.
I've just finished reading the story "Roadside Picnic" after following the link and downloading the .pdf to read on my lunchbreaks at work (a very enjoyable short story that credits the reader with some intelligence).
Next on the list will be getting hold of the game and having a dabble with that.
Many thanks for such an interesting article and bringing this book (And game) to my attention.
