Marcie Ross: A ghost is originally blamed for the mysterious attacks on students at Sunnydale High. It's soon discovered that an invisible girl is responsible. Strangely, Marcie's invisiblity is not entirely due to the Hellmouth, but quantum mechanics. She was perceieved as invisible for so long that she actually became invisible. Marcie is understandably annoyed and slightly insane due to he condition and plans on carving up Cordelia's face as an act of revenge. The FBI step in and take Marcie away, supposedly to rehabilitate her. She is last 'seen' in a classroom learning about "assassination and infiltration"

The Order of Taraka were first refered to as 'bounty hunter' but are in fact "a society of deadly assassins dating back to King Soloman" Spike calls them to Sunnydale to kill Buffy. We only see 3 members of the order, a 'policewoman' known only as Patrice, Octarus, a giant with one milky cataract over one eye and thick twisting scars on his face, and possibly the most disturbing, Mr. Pfister. Possibly a demon of some kind, he looks human but is composed of millions of worm like bugs. All three of the order are killed and we laern in a later episode that the contract on Buffy is off.

"From 'Bad Eggs' little Bezoar grow" A Bezoar is a prehistoric parasite, living underground and laying eggs that look exactly like chicken eggs. The hatchling is an ugly creature that attaches itself to a host, taking control of their minds and bodies through 'neral clamping'. The mother Bezoar is "a slimey expanse of black that moves and breathes below the cave". Her hatchlings are directing their human hosts to break open the floor and release her and kill anyone who is not working with them. Buffy is throw into the pit with the mother Bezoar and re-emerges from the pit covered in the blue goo that is the Bezoars blood

The Ugly Man is a monster that exists only as a construct of the imagination of a young boy, Billy Palmer. Billy was beaten and lies in a coma after being attacked after a baseball game. The Ugly Man hunts Billy and later Buffy, and in the end, Buffy not only defeats him but helps Billy to 'unmask' him. With the Ugly Man defeated, Billy wakes from his coma and shortly after is visited by his baseball coach, who it turns out is The Ugly Man and responsible for Billy's condition. The Scoobies realise this and see that justice is served!

Ted is Joyce's new boyfriend and would have been enough of a monster had a been human. To everyone else he seems the perfect fater figure but Buffy doesn't like him. When she finds him reading her diary, they end up fighting and Ted falls down the stairs and apparently dies. Buffy suspicions are proved correct when Ted returns, psychotically obsessed with Joyce. It turns out "Ted" isn't Ted at all, but a robot that the brilliant but mad Buchanan built when he was dying. Buffy destroys him and although we never knew how many robots were built by Ted, he is never seen or heard from again!
