The Pack: A group of 5 students, including Xander, who are possessed by the spirit of hyenas. As the possession continues, the host takes on characteristics of the hyena. The hyena-people eat the schools mascot, a pig named Herbert and the principal and Xander attacks Buffy. Giles finds out that the zoo keeper is aware of the legends of Primals. In the final fight, the keeper tries to cut Willow's throat and as Buffy attacks him to protect her, the spirits of the hyenas are transferred into him. He is thrown/falls to his death in the hyena enclosure and is devoured by the very animals he desperatly wanted to commune with.
She-Mantis: Although she took the identity of an aging substitute teacher named Natalie French, the true name of the she-mantis is never revealed. She is, basically, a human sized version of the praying mantis and took on the role as a teacher to lure boys back to her home, mate with them and kill them. With help form an old friend of Giles' the discover that the only way to kill it is to cleave all its body parts with a sharp blade. Buffy's done her homework and points out that they can distract her by playing bat sonar so that Buffy can 'safely' get close enough to kill her!
Fish Men: The fishmen started out as normal guys on the swim team but thanks to a steroid experiment with fish DNA the transform into fishmen. Their coach is the one pumping them with this steroid mix and when the boys change he ends up feeding them Nurse Greenleigh and later throws Buffy in with them to "satisfy their other needs". In the end, Coach Marin ends up down there and the fishmen tear him apart. They are finally seen swimming out into the ocean and it is implied that that is their home and they never return.
Veruca: Veruca is also a werewolf, but a lot less cautious about her transformations than Oz. Instead of locking herself up during the three nights of the full moon, she prefers to run free and encourages Oz to do so. When Oz escapes his cage, he meets Veruca and at some point in the evening, 'mate'. This is the cause of Willow and Oz's breakup. When Oz realises that Veruca has set a trap for him so she can kill Willow, he hunts her down and as they begin the transformation, the pair begin to fight. It ends in Veruca's demise as Oz rips her throat out.
