Well, I am not quite sure I can agree on that. The only cool latin I know is latin music (and of course latin ladies and latin cuisine, but that's a little beside the points since I love every kind of ladies and food...). The language (and especially the teachers!) used to drive me nuts!

Weird AND sushi rules...
Not 'Weird sushi'. I've read about tex-mex sushi elsewhere on the Guide and I didn't like it one bit. Jalapeno in stead of wasabi? No way!!!

Yup; Japanese horse-raddish, shredded into a green and somewhat hot, spicy paste. Added to soy for a dip-sauce or in sushi, it makes small culinary wonders.

I am usually all for the modern fusion cuisine, but you are right: Mixing texmex and sushi is a most horrifying concept! Yach!
