An O2 sensor signal of 0V to .49V indicates a lean condition and a signal of .51V to 1V indicates a rich condition.

Wow, just noticed your post. Thanks for your input. When I was working on fuel injected cars I usually saw readings from 0.0 to over 2.0 volts. I was going on memory for most of this article, so thank you. I'll try to incorporate the correction.
