It should be noted that the parks mentioned in this article, Zion, Arches, and Bryce Canyon, are actually closer to Nevada and Arizona than Salt Lake City, as they are in Southern Utah, and Salt Lake City is in Northern Utah.

True, the Parks are closer to AZ and NV than SLC but they are right close to Moab.
