A Conversation for Tuna and Mayonnaise Sandwiches
Don't forget the Tuna Melt!

On a cold day, a warm sandwich is always more palatable. We always called this a Tuna melt: Apply butter or olive oil to one slice of bread, lay it spread-side down in a heated pan, lay in the tuna mix and a slice of your favorite cheese, and another slice of bread spread-side up. Flip once the down-side is toasted. I like mine nearly charred, but golden brown is probably more common.

Mmm, tuna melt...
But if you're doing tuna melt, you leave out the mayonnaise.
