hi, Please, I need to know the best vitamin for me. I guees, i need energiser, calcium, antioxidant, immune.
My everyday activity is going to gym for two hours 5 days a week for high mpact cardio and chore and two days a week another xtra hour for toning and dancing.
The most i wanted is to have an energy everday for my aerobics and for strong bones.

I think you need to talk to someone who knows about these things, and knows you and your requirements. Try your gym, if they can't advise they will know someone who can.

I don't know anything about vitamins, I just know 10,000 steps a day are too much for me!
