I would like to add that the task of changing a baby's nappy is infinitely more pleasurable than changing the nappy of an adult. I used to work in a nursing home, and chasing round after a full-grown and mobile adult who has no idea who you are or why you're trying to pull their trousers down is rather more difficult than placing a baby on a changing mat. Adults produce more too - and it tends to smell worse!
Just thought I'd add that, for balance!
