"Löylyn lyömä"
"Lääkäri määrääsi väärää päänsärkylääkettä "
"Esteratsastatkos vai yksikseskös yskiskelet?"

"löylyn lyömä" is easy for finns but I think it might be hard to others because there's "ö" and "y" and "ä".

What about
"Onko koko koko koossa? Koko kokoko? Koko koko."?
Maybe not difficult but I find it funny because of all the 'ko's.
