The h2g2 Poem

A Special Offer

Think little,

Feel them;

Get relief,

A relief from scorching heat,

The heat of the sun,

The heat of the universe;

The heat of climate change.

Think of East Africa;

You will be touched.

Here cold drinks;

There search of water.

We are desperate to escape from perspiration;

They are desperate to escape from starvation.

This is the world of technology;

That is the world of nature,

A cruel nature,

The very nature of climate change.

Please, feel them;

Get relief from scorching heat.

It is a special offer:

If you think of them,

You will be given relief,

The relief from scorching heat.
