The writers of Judge Dredd have got a few things spot on in their time - how long can it be before sugar and caffeine are illegal in the real world?

Govt press releases never tell you anything you didn't already know, and you usually fall asleep before you get there. The art of not saying anything by saying so much that no-one bothers to check.....

You might have some problems with buying large quanta of sugar in Norway. It's not illegal, but you might be accused of distilling alcohol (national sport) in your home, which is. There have been quite a few incidents with people having large amounts sugar confiscated.
