A Conversation for Prague, Czech Republic

Mistake?

Prague is a beautiful place to live in, trust my 17 years of experience smiley - smiley

I just wonder why in the Aproved Guide entry for Prague, more words are spent on ossuaries in nearby places than on Prague itself. Pity.

For foreign tourists, I might recommend Guide Entry: A49691 - certainly my (native) point of view would be a bit different from that of the writer of Guide Entry: A49691, but I can hardly do better - my command of English prevents me from writing a consistent text of similar length.

So, do not get distracted by descriptions of macabre sights in nearby towns, learn about Prague and enjoy the stay when you get there.

Ahh..yes..I had "discovered" the A49691 entry a bit ago while searching for information on Havel. It is indeed packed full of information, however perhaps packed is not the best way to highlight this lovely city...though if one were describing Prague in the summer...packed is just the right verb.

However...back to my point. I would like to see more "blue space" in the other Prague entry. This one is quite lovely in its off-the-beaten path approach. One would not go to that area of the world just to see the artfully arranged bones (at least I hope one would not! Who knows these days...), so I would expect the obvious joys of Prague will best discovered without too much directing.

Can't wait to get back there and enjoy the view from Charles Bridge.
