A Conversation for Neil Gaiman's Sandman

In another thread it was mentioned that perhaps this entry could have been expanded to include members of the Endless as well as other characters, locales and even other works of Neil Gaiman. I would welcome such guide entries and some of them may even make it through the editorial maelstrom.
If any h2g2 field researchers are also fans of Gaiman's Sandman as I am, I would be happy to see other researchers explore the works in more detail, and make more guide entries that touch on characters and locales of the work in more detail. Feel free to include links to such entries here in the forums, and perhaps in a future revision of this entry we can link them all together.
I would suggest you do not do something like calling the guide entry "Desire" and then just write about Gaiman's character. Perhaps calling it "Neil Gaiman's 'Desire' from the Sandman Series" would work better. A guide entry called simply "desire" should define and describe what the word itself actually means. H2G2 is more than just Gaiman after all.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
