A Conversation for Jack Kerouac
On and off the road

The first Kerouac book that I read was On the Road, and I fell in love with the entire beat movement with that book. Kerouac's writing almost makes a person want to live life the way he did, like a nomad with no care in the world. If you like On the Road, Neal Cassady's wife wrote Off the Road about Kerouac, Cassady, and Ginsberg, and I enjoyed it immensely.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
