A Conversation for Marmite
Marmite and meat

Marmite is very good spread thinly on pork before grilling or BBQ.
However, if you live outside the UK, North America for example, the local version of marmite (sold in jars without the classic shape) should not be used for anything except the curing of leather.
I have to have my marmite smuggled in for me. Usually hidden in prosthetic devices as experience has shown that customs officials refuse to believe anyone would eat such stuff.
