If you can´t be bothered to mash tomatoes - Spanish supermarkets now sell Gazpacho in Tetra-paks like milk, and it even tastes pretty good.

Hi Spratts Darkstar. Good tip. Is that in the UK? Has you / anyone else come across any particularly authentic tasting ones?

Well the New Covent Garden Soup Company do a pretty reasonable version as a seasonal recipe through the summer. Available in tetrapack form at all reasonable supermarkets near you now
