Great Entry, even if it is 'abridged'. ha ha. *ahem* Anyway...
I just can't help thinking it took 8 years for the bridge to be closed off to heavy vehicles because of danger? Scary!
Who'd have thought a bridge could have so much fascinating history? Loved it W. Thank you.
