While not as bad as Egypt keep the following in mind.
1. There are no rules in a roundabout.
2. The left turning lane may turn on a green arrow AS WELL as the adjacent lane. In other words do not swing out on your turns!
3. Most cars are taxis.
4. Most Taxi cab drivers were driving a herd of goats last week.
5. The most expensive car has the right of way.
6. Buy a case of bottled water and keep it in your trunk!
7. Beware of black camels at night.
8. Speed is relative.
9. The big boxe things on poles above the street that ocasionaly flash are camearas taking your picture to mail you your ticket.
10. SLOW DOWN FOR THE SPEED BUMPS!! Some are 2 ft long and 8 inches high and they will slow you down as you oil pan & crankcase scatter on the asphat.
