Thanks. Great reading. Will have to try out the "Duvel" sign sometime.

NB: Shouldn't the C should be made with the right hand for the barperson to read it as a C?

Yes, for future references:
The C sign should be made with the right hand.

And I would also advise you to make the horn sign with just one hand (mano cornuto), it looks less ridiculous.
