Researchers from Univ of California have shown that overweight people have smaller brains and are more at risk of Alzheimers
Brains of the obese have an average of 8% less tissue and had aged prematurely by 16 years.
Brains from people who're overweight had 4% less tissue and appeared 8 years older.
