Richard Fidler has been involved in a number of (mercifully) short-lived programmes on ABC-TV, but is now hosting a daily interview segment on ABC Local Radio. "The Conversation Hour" originates in Brisbane (where he also has an afternoon gig) and is broadcast in Brisbane and Sydney each weekday morning. After a less than impressive start earlier in 2006, the show has settled down and is almost always worth listening to.
