A Conversation for The Channel Tunnel

If a car in front of you breaks down, other passengers are NOT allowed to push said car off the train to allow those behind it to carry on to the hypermarket and beyond. They all have to wait while the staff on the train try and start the car, then wait further until the local grease monkey with a tow truck turns up.
If this happens on top of a two and a half hour delay at Folkestone, passengers may possibly become less than totally happy with the Eurotunnel Experience.
However, if you write to them and spin a yarn about your trip having been ruined, dropping in something about it having been a birthday treatfor your aged parents, they may offer you another journey free of charge.

Not that I would condone such a practice of course.
