Excellent article, but I did not understand the usage of the word 'source' in the context of "Supplies of fresh yeast are increasingly difficult to source in the UK [...]"
I'm from the Midwest in the US, I've never heard this usage before.

It kinda means, to find a source of yeast. Basically, to find.
