A Conversation for Prepatellar Bursitis - Housemaid's Knee

I am currently reading 'Three men in a boat', a hilarious book by Jerome K Jerome. He is a hypochondriac and keeps thinking of newer diseases that he should be suffering from. He goes to the library to check out the symptoms of some disease that he fancies he has and keeps reading on and on. He starts alphabetically and to his astonishment finds that he is indeed suffering from all the diseases mentioned therein. At the end of it all he is peeved by the fact that he definitely does NOT have 'The Housemaids Knee'! And he goes on to rant about the unfairness of it all and how it is discrimenatory to allow only housemaid to have that disease ....
Great book . Read it if you can lay your hands on it.

That's funny, it's one of my favourite books ever, I don't know how often I've read it, but i had completely forgotten about the housemaid's knee, which I don't suffer from, either but I must admit that I am suffering from: 'a general disinclination to work of any kind', though

It's in the very first chapter.
>>I am suffering from: 'a general disinclination to work of any kind',<<
I guess, I am different from you then. Mine is an energetic nature that prevents me from sitting idle when I see someone working.
I have to get up and pace about with my hands in my pocket. I have to direct. To push him aside once in a while and show him how to do things!
