From the evidence that led to the convicition of Sgt. Emory Runcible, of the 11th Avenue Lor'ds Army Brass Band and Lawn Care Group, in Ocotber of 1973
"Lord Spllen:
IS IT TWUE, that, with Will Fully and Alice Mapplethorpe, among others, et cie,
that you did play, display and otherwise brandish brass instruments of noisemaking on or about the person of Dr. Eric Brindle, RM,Ret'd, MD, Ret'd, and NNNNUSRATC, Reserves, with the intent of persuading said DR. Brindle to run your band of do-gooders standing up a notch or two in the queaue of the standings for the contesting of said bands of do-gooders, with your rendition of a tune, which I believe, is called, um, "God invented BeBop?"
