It would be interesting to know more about the rogue car & helicopter, who was driving, how they managed to get that close without officials realising etc.Were they disciplined?

To be honest, I have looked for links on this, but nothing seems to be said about it. I cannot be certain which vehicle it was, I remember it was stated on Eurosport, but I can't recall now. Too many things happened that day.
