I'm a student of Intl. History and Politics and feel it would crush my soul (which I don't believe in) to let this go.
It says the 'Russian surrender to the Japanese at Port Arthur' during the Russo-Sino War.' It should say 'The Russo-Japanese War'. I think the author has confused this event with the two Sino-Japanese wars.
