Thanks, very succinct and well received, especially now I have moved to a country where I can't find it ready made - however it is so easy and cheap to make I don't know if I will buy it at inflated prices again..
Only thing with the recipe is that I was not sure when it had boiled whether to take it off the heat or not, so might be worth adding something in about that? I gather you do as I looked up another recipe on the Internet.
Cheers

Thanks for your feedback! IT is very helpful. Yes keep the heat on and mix lemon juice and stirr till whey is separeted from paneer. Once whey turns almost clear light green we turn off the heat. I will work on it soon and edit the entry.
