Dogbert is by far the best thing about the Dilbert cartoons because he is totally cynical and gloriously rude. My favourite Dilbert cartoon:
Dogbert: "From now on, I will not try to reason with the idiots I encounter. I will dismiss them by waving my paw and saying 'Bah'."
Dilbert: "Just because someone thinks differently from you doesn't mean he's an idiot, Dogbert."
Dogbert (waves paw): "Bah"

Ah! Great strip! Great character by the way. He's my favorite as well.
I can't remember what I am for the DNRC, but I know I'm definitely in it
