Thank you for the compliment! As for the boss:
1) Scan both the main body and the four tentacles surrounding it.
2) Get behind the mirror that is shining on him and fire either a missile or a charge beam at the red circle - this will cause the boss to fall down. Now the tentacles will retract into the ground, so go into morph ball and into one of the four pipes emanting from the base. When you get to the end, plant a bomb. You will be thrown out of the pipe and the boss wil be injured.
3)Do the same again, only now you will have to hit two mirrors, one on either side of it. When this happens, repeat the bomb technique as before, but be aware that the pipe you went into first will be destroyed, so you'll have to go into a different one.
4)After this, you'll have to do it twice more, once hitting three mirrors and once hitting four. Each time you use a pipe, it will be destroyed, meaning that after hitting the four mirrors, there will only be one available pipe. Add to this the fact that the boss can hit the mirrors down again and will only remain down for a short period and you're looking at a seriously tough battle, especially on hard mode. However, you do have an advantage; if you shoot at the boss while he's up, you can stun him briefly, giving you a slight advantage when it comes to hitting the mirrors. Good luck!
