I'd be interested to know about the track record of provisions made for GT (Gifted/Talented) students. I've always been part of that group, but I felt that my particular needs weren't met very well in the secondary (age 14-19) level. Maybe the teachers did it a little more invisibly but I never really got interested in the subject matter unless it was something that was naturally interesting to me -- computer science, philosophy and writing stick out in my mind.
