Why do Aquarobic classes have to be to one side of the pool and then gradually expand to interfere with those that are (attempting) laps on the other side?
Also, does salt water help with this therapy? I know epsom salts are supposed to relax muscles and salt water increases bouyancy. In addition, I've even seen people do exercises in jetted tubs which *really* must relax the muscles.
