Your own ideas on how to remotivate yourself -
What are the warning signs to look out for? Are there any give-away behaviour patterns that we can change to avoid falling into a lull in the first place?
A big warning sign is boredom.
Stay interested and you'll be more interesting,that draws new people and ideas to motivate you.
The golden rule; Treat others as you would have them treat you.
Forget being a perfectionist as much as possible. Perfection brings procastination and that eventually brings Paralyzation.
Then you your late or dead
Plan free time or relaxation time first. The rest you sort of have to do anyway, and usually on someone elses schedule.
What's the most apathetic you've ever been?
I don't want to think about this one.
How do you get yourself out of bed on cold rainy days?
The dog bugs me until I do.
How do you get the work done when you really don't want to do it?
Good work ethic?
You just have to do things you do not like sometimes, to have or do the things you do like. A Basic uglier rule to life. Builds character and self esteem.
