"The Jesus Incident", Frank Herbert and Bill Ransom. The computer was called Ship and thought it was God.

"Satan: His Psychotherapy and Cure By The Unfortunate Doctor Kessler", Jeremy Leven. The computer was built according to specifications received in a dream and announced its name when first switched on: Satan.

Well, not a pair this time, except that I read them fairly close together.

Tik-Toc, John Sladek, A robot with a few problems concerning morals.

Silver Metal Lover, Tanith Lee (wow , I'd forgotten the author), a human who has some problems with morals, the robot was having no problems at all as far as I recall.
