Enter Maurice, the street-wise tabby cat with the ability to talk and think...
Maurice has a plan. He found out somewhere that pipers can generate a lot of cash by ridding a town of rats. All he needs is some rats.
Enter the Clan. A group of rodents, amazing rodents, with the ability to talk and think...
They're part of Maurice's plan. If Maurice and the Clan can make a town think that they're being plagued by rats, they could generate a lot of cash. All they need is a piper.
Enter the stupid-looking kid who doesn't talk much and seems to think less... but he can knock out a decent tune on that pipe of his... All he wants for is to play...
Town through town the plan works well... but in Bad Blintz things go horribly wrong...
