ok, you've made your quilt or don't have enough t-shirts to make a quilt... make pillows! just sew up the bottom (you can cut it if it's too long) and the sleeves, stuff it with something, and sew up the top! i made one for my friend, just a plain white t, and i wrote on it "stuffed with love".... yeah, so, just to throw out another random idea

Very nice idea 
Perhaps if you had too many t-shirts, you could make pillows to complement the quilt, especially if it's used as a bed spread.
