The run with the guest presenters was amusing.
Charlotte Church
Iain Duncan Smith
Charles Kennedy
Boris Johnson
Bruce Forsyth
The last trying to recreate his own shows, to Mr Hyslop's apparent dis-taste....
Good entry BTW.

That isn't an exhaustive list, and I am sure, amusing as it would be, Iain and Duncan Smith have never presented the show.

Re: IDS -- I think you had William Hague in mind. He definitely presented one and after all was once the baldy who led the Tories.
Temporary Presenters
Richie Posted Jul 3, 2003
That's the kidder - knew it was one Tory leader or other..... well remembered.
Who was your favorite?
Temporary Presenters
Thin Lizzy Posted Jul 7, 2003
I thought William Hague and Jeremy Clarkson were both good. But I liked Hague best, I think.

I don't think he has presented it, but it might be worth him giving it a go.
