Help Needed! "On The Black Hill"

I'm reading "On The Black Hill" by Bruce Chatwin at the moment, and have got to page 64 only to discover that the pages 64-97 are missing! Can anyone e-mail me scans of the missing pages, or fill me in with what happens? I've got the paperback Picador 1982 issue, but if anyone has a different issue, the missing bit is just after Mary catches Benjamin dressed up in her green velvet skirt and wedding hat. There are then 37 pages missing, resuming with the paragraph "In cottage kitchens mothers sat helplessly waiting for the postmans knock"
