This was interesting to read regardless of one's interest (or belief) in numerology. I learned some things about the Quaran that I didn't know before. I don't believe that a mathmatic puzzle is the way in which God would reveal His true word it did make an interesting framework to explore this important book of faith.

I'm glad you like it, and don't worry I don't think people who would read it will suddenly go, thats it there is a God or something laugh.
I thing the edited version is a bit different from my original I wrote and it says that it's proff for Muslims that the Quran is authentic, for Muslims the Quran is how God reveals himself to us, like he did in preveious revalations like the Bible and Torah.

No, I don't despise islam, religion is meaningless to me and most of the population of the UK. That's why Britain's churches are practically empty. The majority of Britons have seen the truth - there is no god and they have better things to do with their time. That's why Britain has so much technology and the middle east has so much sand.
British citizens have the right to reject religion and the right not to have their lives governed by or threatened by religious people and their unrealistic beliefs, since that would threaten our freedom. If you don't like the fact that British people don't want religious people dictating what they can or can't say in their own country, then I suggest you leave our country and go and annoy someoneelse.
Religious faiths are not based on superstition, not fact. If religious people hadn't been brainwashed from the day they were born, they wouldn't believe in a god. If the religious doubt that fact, then the argument is proved.

Yawn. I could point out, windmills, world maps, algorithiams, algebra, Chemistry, Astronomy but blind preople like you would not get the point in the above.
Have you read the Qur'an? After all you said in the other thread its all "bollocks" so obviously you must have read it all in classical Arabic? If not then your just been stupid.
I was born in this country and it is as much my country as yours, a when have I dictated to you or the people of this country on what they can or can not do. An I have a right as a BRITISH citizen to not be threatened or harrased or have my freedom threatened bu non believers, if you can't except that then i suggest you leave our country and find someone else to annoy somewhere else.
I think your logic is flawed and you need to open your eyes and grow up. I never asked you to read this entry or any other one, I never asked you to reply, yet you come here and push yourviews down my throat, so if you got nothing good to say, shut up and go away.
ou know notihng about me or who I am yet you choose to judge me? please get a life.

If you are as British as I, who do you put first, your country or your religion?
And yes, I know all about your claims to fame, but what did you do with the knowledge you co-discovered with various other communities on the planet, anything for the good of all mankind?

How about, an here is a thought for you, Medicine and surgery and hygiene, the astrolade (you know what that is right?) the telescope, the pendulum (that thing used for measuring time), water and mechanical clocks, soap (i hope you know what that is) etc etc.
Oh and you know 1234567890 well they are called Arabic numerauls, why? becasue Muslims invented the concept of them, before this 8x7 would have been written VIII x VII which is far more comlicated. Og and the concept of zero came from an Indian mathmatician, but it was the Muslims who accepted it, used it and passed it on to the west.
Man just use google ok.
heres a few sites for you if your that lazy to do it your self:

Ok as for what is more inportant.MY order or priority goes Humanity > Islam > Country
Why you ask, simple: Country does not define religion Even in Musim countries their are non muslims living their. Religion does not stop people from being human, at a base level we are all human and should treat each other likewise.
An let me tell you some thing else, Islamic law (yes thats right shariah, an im ena proper shariah not crappy cultural influenced shariad) states that if you are living in a non Muslim country and you are free to practice your religion with out provacation then you should fight and protect that country. An thats why their are Muslims in the armed forces.
By the way, welcome to the sight.

I mean the concept of Zero came from india. An it was MUSLIMS who came up with the modern numer syatem and it was MUSLIM (note not arab, Muslim, in case you are to unintelligent to tell the difference) that embraced the concept of zero.

Wrong! The only connection with muslims and zero is, zero tolerence, zero intelligence, zero truth, zero civilisation, zero advancement and in your case, zero grasp of the English language.

Look sweetie. A BBC documentary, hosted by Adam Hart-Davis, states that it is a popular misconception that the so called arabic numerals had anything to do with arabs. They were invented by the Indians and were introduced into the middle east by arab traders.
Since Adam is a respected scientist and presenter, and since the BBC take a lot of trouble researching what they transmit on factual programs, what was said about the origin of zero through to nine can be regarded as TRUE. If you disagree with what was stated dueing a BBC documentary, then have a go at them, not me!

I provided the links in order to provide some facts on the origin of the numbers we use today. As to Adib having "gone all silent" given the disrespectful tone of your last post who can blame them. Do not get me wrong, respecting some ones right to choose their faith and beliefs does not mean you cannot question the validity of those beliefs but there are ways doing it without being disrespectful.
Key: Complain about this post
