A couple of factual errors in this Guide article have been pointed out to me, and I apologise for them 
. Firstly, in the joke, the names are wrong. Instead of Coppi and Bartali, who rode a good couple of decades before Merckx, the names should be Felice Gimondi and Luis Ocana.
The second error is in the statement that nobody has ever won all three major Tours. In fact, a number of riders have done this, but none of them have done it _all in the same season_!
