Many a brilliant family holiday spent in Devon, camping at Ruda before it was taken over by Parkdean. Revisited with my partner last year and the camping holiday brought back a lot of memories.
Speaking of traffic jams in Barnstaple - I still haven't worked out how to get through that town without detouring round all the backstreets. It's a pretty place to get lost in though.
I enjoyed this entry. Will there be a follow-up on Cornwall.
