In Red Dwarf Dave Lister describes his favorite sandwich. I've lost my recording of the episode but remember some dialogue:

Triple fried egg sandwich with chili chutney?
I always assumed it meant three fried eggs with Mrs. Ball*s hot and sweet mango chili chutney sauce. When I tried it I toasted the bread but a nice artery-clogging inch thick white bread slice on either side (slathered with butter) would be more appropriate.

With an abundance of eggs about to go off, I attempted this the other week. Ingredients as follows:
Wholemeal bread (for fibre)
3 fried eggs
Garlic salt
"Pain is Good #114" Jamaican jerk hot sauce
All I can say from bitter, terrible experience is that if you're going to try this, do not use any hot sauce that you have to go to the Internet or a specialist shop for. Rimmer's comment of "I think I'm having a baby..." was totally justified after that little snack.
